Well-being Week

Welcome to Well-being Week! This week, the focus is on well-being. Well-being means looking after yourself and meeting your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs. So for this week, we'll be focusing less on the lessons and the work that you need to send in, and more on yourself. It is about allowing yourself time to relax, to take stock and to enjoy the world around you. We all need a little bit of that sometimes. Have a look at the presentation on well-being below and see if you can recognise any of the faces.
